We are looking for a technically skilled and innovation-driven IT & Security Innovation Specialist to help shape and scale Neural Concept’s global IT infrastructure and compliance landscape. This person will report directly to the COO and work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams.
What you will do
This is a strategic and operational role that blends traditional IT leadership (compliance, audits, infrastructure) with the excitement of implementing the most modern, AI-powered tooling available.You will play a key role in evolving our organization into a fully LLM-native company—where security, automation, and AI-enhanced operations are core to every function.
- Lead and maintain security certifications such as ISO 27001, TISAX,and other compliance frameworks relevant to our customers and markets.
- Oversee internal and third-party audits, ensuring readiness, risk mitigation, and continual improvement.
- Partner with the COO to manage and evolve Neural Concept’s global IT landscape, including identity,access management, endpoint control, and cloud tooling.
- Drive the LLM-native transformation of internal tools and workflows—research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered systems to enhance team productivity across departments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in modern IT operations, offering guidance on licensing, compliance, procurement, and system architecture.
Who you are
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity,or IT operations—preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- You bring strong technical understanding of modern cloud-based IT stacks (e.g., SSO, device management, SaaS orchestration).
- You are passionate about innovation, automation, and emerging technologies,particularly LLMs and generative AI.
- You are comfortable owning security and compliance programs (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX) and managing audits.
- You are proactive,highly organized, and able to balance operational stability with innovation and scale.
- Experience integrating or managing platforms like BambooHR, Odoo, Atlassian, Slack, GitHub, etc. is a strong plus.
