We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our fast-paced, high-growth company. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and elevating the employee experience across our teams in Switzerland, Germany, and the US. As a trusted partner to leadership and employees alike, you will help build and scale HR operations that are seamless, compliant, and people-centric—supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Own and lead the end-to-end payroll strategy and execution across Switzerland, Germany, and the US, partnering with external providers to ensure precision, timeliness, and full regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee global HR data integrity by maintaining employee records and systems at the highest standard of compliance — particularly with respect to Swiss labor law, GDPR, and cross-border obligations.
  • Shape and evolve compensation and benefits frameworks in partnership with Finance and Leadership, driving data-informed decisions that enhance competitiveness and employee value.
  • Actively contribute to the talent acquisition effort, delivering a first-class candidate experience.
  • ·Lead the onboarding and offboarding experience globally,ensuring processes are consistent, professional, and aligned with company culture and compliance standards.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle changes, continuously improving core HR processes such as internal mobility, international relocations, contract management, and leave tracking.
  • Act as a regional HR operations lead, collaborating across functions, locations, and time zones to align practices, optimize systems, and embed scalable processes that support rapid growth.
  • Be a key contributor of our future HR foundation, contributing to the design of global frameworks, best practices, and tools that support a world-class people experience at scale

Who you are

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in HR operations, ideally in a multi-country, high-growth tech or scale-up environment.
  • You have deep expertise in Swiss labor law and social insurance systems—this is essential.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with precision.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and are energized by ownership and autonomy.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively across cultures and departments.
  • Experience with US HR practices is a strong plus.
  • You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written); German is a plus.
