Empowering the Builders of Engineering Intelligence

Oct 29, 2025

Engineering is changing fast. The rise of AI is reshaping how products are designed, simulated, and validated. This shift promises to speed up development, unlock better performance, and enable more creative exploration. But AI alone is not sufficient.

Technology can open the door. But what determines success is dependent on how the technology is integrated within the organization’s ecosystem and how engineers adopt it successfully.

We believe real transformation depends on people. More specifically, a new generation of engineers who combine technical intuition with data-driven workflows and intelligent tools. Ones who know how to guide AI, build workflows around it, and help their teams move faster from concept to validated design.

Our mission is to give those engineers the skills and methods to bring Engineering Intelligence into their daily work and collaborate more closely across design and simulation.

Neural Concept Bootcamps are how we make that mission real.

Built around real engineering challenges, Bootcamps are two days of focused, hands-on training program combining learning with practice. They are the gateway for engineers to take ownership of AI in their product development process and help organizations embed AI into real workflows and build internal capabilities that last.

What Bootcamps Deliver to the Industry and to Engineering Teams

Across the engineering world, companies are under pressure to integrate AI into product development. Most are still figuring out how to move from isolated pilots to adoption across teams and from promise to impact.

Each Bootcamp is built around three objectives: 1) to upskill engineers with AI-for-engineering and data science skills they can apply directly in their daily workflow; 2) to develop internal champions who can lead the implementation of Engineering Intelligence within their organizations; and 3) to create a connected community of engineers who share similar challenges.

“The Bootcamp went beyond showing what the platform can do. It was structured in a way that made you think on a higher level, not just about solving one problem, but about what is possible. I could see how Neural Concept could be used company-wide, connecting teams and workflows. The experience helped break that barrier for me and made me understand how Neural Concept can change the whole product design process, not just accelerating product simulation.”
— Soumya Subramonian, Principal Simulation Analyst, TE Connectivity

Bootcamps bridge the gap between pilots and adoption across teams and deliver tangible impact at every level:

  • For engineers: Becoming the internal champions who bridge design, simulation, and transformation, driving faster collaboration and better decisions.
  • For organizations: Bootcamps offers organizations a concrete starting point to own their AI transformation journey or accelerate a transformation that has already begun.

Bootcamps enable organizations to skip the service layer with internal capability. This includes retaining ownership of the transformation to being fully AI driven and for engineers to get full control to implement, scale, and evolve AI workflows.

The Path to Becoming an AI Augmented Engineer

Bootcamps are two days of focused workshops that blend learning with hands-on practice. Guided by Neural Concept’s experts, participants work directly on the Neural Concept Platform to prepare data, build and validate AI powered applications, explore design spaces, and design advanced interfaces that can be deployed across teams.

“The Bootcamp made me realize that bringing AI into a company is a collective effort, and that success depends on the whole technical team working together to integrate it into our design process.”
Tommaso Davoli, System Engineer, SPAL Automotive

Each session includes live Q&A with Neural Concept experts and opportunities to exchange ideas with peers from leading engineering organizations. The environment is collaborative, applied, and designed to turn potential into practice.

How the program flows:
Bootcamps sit at the center of a broader learning journey. It is a structured progression that helps engineers build platform fluency and AI-driven skills step by step. From first discovery to expert mastery, it follows three stages:

  • Spark Sessions introduces the foundations of AI-driven design and broadens the horizon of what is possible through a self-guided platform tutorial. Learn more about the program here.
  • Regional Bootcamps are hosted worldwide and develop practical fluency with the Neural Concept Platform through guided exercises based on real engineering challenges.
  • Expert Bootcamps take advanced users further, focusing not only on hard skills using the Neural Concept Platform but also preparing them to lead platform adoption inside their organizations.

Engineers who complete the Regional and Expert Bootcamp become certified in the platform and in the principles of Engineering Intelligence and become changemakers inside their organizations.

They return with the ability to connect data, simulation, and design into a coherent process powered by AI. Whether improving one feature or transforming an entire workflow, they are equipped to lead the next generation of product development.

The Bootcamp Tour 2025 in Numbers

Over the past six months, Neural Concept has held Bootcamp in the world’s leading engineering hubs. In total, Neural Concept hosted eight Regional Bootcamps across:

Detroit, San Francisco, Milan, Paris, Copenhagen, Pune, Seoul, and Tokyo.

The journey concluded in October 2025, in Paris with the Expert Bootcamp, held as part of Neural Concept Connect 2025 - our annual flagship event for the most advanced users and customers.

Across the tour, more than 250 engineers have been certified in the next-generation design process. These participants now return to their organizations with not just new technical capabilities, but the confidence to lead Engineering Intelligence from within their organizations.

How Bootcamps Support Sustainable AI Adoption

Bootcamps help companies internalize best practices and make AI repeatable, usable, and trusted. They build a shared language around AI-driven design and establish workflows that teams can reuse and refine over time.

“The NC Expert Bootcamp was an event worth attending to make sure I extract the most value out of the platform. The hands-on approach and good scale enable good discussions. I left with new insights that I already use in my daily work.”Nicolas Geiger, Global Development Manager, MultiWing

This shift is not about deploying a tool. It is about enabling each company to build its own intelligence layer on top of their existing legacy CAx tools, using its own data, processes, and people. Bootcamps give organizations the structure to move beyond experimentation and into ownership.

Workforce Transformation

What begins as hands-on learning often becomes a mindset shift. Engineers leave Bootcamps with a new sense of ownership and purpose in how they use AI. They see that their role is not only to run models, but to shape how design and simulation evolve inside their organizations.

Neural Concept Bootcamps help organizations retain knowledge internally, accelerate collaboration, and reduce time to market. On the product side, teams can explore more design options, validate them earlier, and deliver better-performing, more innovative solutions.

The Future of Engineering Intelligence

At Neural Concept, our goal is to ensure that AI becomes a natural part of the engineering process. Bootcamps are where that transformation begins and where engineers take ownership of their AI-augmented future.

They leave not only with new technical skills, but with a broader vision for what engineering can become when human expertise and intelligent tools work together.
