IT Integration: Expert Guidance and Support to Choose the Best Deployment Option
Our customer sought to improve their design process and gain development speed. After exploring various options, they chose to work with Neural Concept and conducted a Proof of Concept, which demonstrated that NCS deep learning solution was the approach they needed to revolutionize their current design and production process.
However, to unleash the full power of NCS software system, an integration into the customer's existing IT landscape was necessary. This presented a challenge, as the customer had a complex IT infrastructure spanning multiple locations and systems.
The customer was pleased to learn that Neural Concept prioritizes flexibility to fit the customer's enterprise architecture, rather than dictating it. Working closely with the customer's IT team, Neural Concept provided expert guidance and support to help them choose between on-premise, private cloud (such as on a customer subscription of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), or the SaaS distribution.

Four Simple Steps Make NCS Implementation Quick and Easy
The software deployment process of a new solution can often be a time-consuming and complex process, but with Neural Concept's highly automated Software as a Service deployment process, our customer was able to start using the NCS solution in less than 24 hours. The deployment involved just four steps, which were all completed efficiently and effectively, enabling our customer to quickly start utilizing the many benefits of NCS. The 4 steps are:
- The customer defined their domain name for the browser client of NCS. This is the entry point to NCS and all the functionalities it offers.
- Users were assigned to their corresponding licenses. On a high level, we differentiate between two license types – NCS Expert; the one to build and fine-tune models, and NCS Production; the one to consume the results of fine-tuned and optimized models.
- Neural Concept enables Identity and Access Management. The customer Microsoft Active Directory and Single Sign-on Solution (SSO) was integrated into NCS.
- Automated deployment: In a highly standardized and automated fashion, an isolated tenant was created within a couple of hours. The automated deployment process ensures efficiency and accuracy. After some last tests and verifications, NCS was ready to be used by our customer.
