Before you apply

Everything you need to know.

Every application is reviewed. Here is what to expect before you apply.

Who is NCC for?
Engineering leaders who are done talking about AI strategy and ready to build: teams already running AI in production, and those serious about getting there. In practice, VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and Heads of Simulation, CAE and R&D across automotive, aerospace & defense, semiconductors, energy and industrial hardware.
How does the application work?
The event is free, but seats are limited. Apply with the form and we review every application. Accepted invitees hear back within 48 hours, with venue details and next steps.
Is there a cost?
There is no ticket fee. Neural Concept hosts the day, including sessions, catering and the reception. Travel and accommodation are your own.
Are sessions recorded?
To keep the room candid, roundtables and panels run under Chatham House rules and are not recorded. Selected material may be shared with invitees afterward when the speaker agrees.
