As a key player in the application engineering team, you will fuel our commercial strategy by delivering high-quality technical work as part of proof-of-concepts and license support services.

What you will do

Working hand-in-hand with your commercial and marketing colleagues, you will be in charge of building trustful relationships with our potential customers, understanding their needs and conveying the right messages about Neural Concept and the value of our product for them. We are looking for a dynamic engineer, who is passionate about developing business with new customers using disruptive ML-based software technologies. 

As a technical business developer, you will be generating and qualifying leads for the automotive sector within EMEA and Americas.

Key responsibilities: 

  • You will define together with the commercial and marketing teams a lead generation strategy that will support Neural Concept’s long-term business growth.
  • You will drive and execute the lead generation programs to achieve our growth targets.
  • You will conduct research to identify customers and contacts at customers.
  • You will build up a high quality pipeline of leads by reaching out to potential customers and developing a trustful relationship with them.
  • You will develop the usage of our CRM to ensure the tracking of leads.
  • You will develop automation mechanisms to enable better and more efficient lead generation directly from our CRM.

Additional responsibilities that could be taken over: 

  • You will develop key accounts in the target sectors.

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor or master in mechanical engineering, physics or equivalent. 
  • You have a keen interest in business development and customer relationship management.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • You have a high level of professionalism and ethics. 
  • You are passionate and eager to learn. 
  • You are a fluent English speaker.

Would be a plus: 

  • You have a strong understanding in the domain of machine learning/AI.
  • You have a strong interest in the automotive and aerospace sectors.
